Grate the wax block over the wrap, focussing on the areas where the wax is most worn away. The block may be a little sticky but persevere! Put the last sheet over the top and begin to iron Gently move your iron across the wrap, watching as the wax underneath moves and melts into the wrap. Be careful and continuously move the iron to prevent the wax from burning. Once all the wax is melted (this should take a few minutes, make sure you double check the corners!), lift the iron away and quickly remove the top sheet of baking paper. Quickly lift the wrap away from the board and waft in the air to cool and set.
